  • Karoll Brokerage was awarded as the most successful intermediary for 2021 in all categories at the 21st edition of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange annual awards.

    • Karoll Brokerage was honored with the special award "Investment intermediary with the most significant contribution to the development of the capital market in 2021."

    • Karoll Brokerage for the first time in its history won the prize "Investment intermediary with the largest turnover on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange in 2021.

    • Karoll Brokerage was responsible for over 40% of all Bulgarian Stock Exchange transactions or more than the next 4 intermediaries in the ranking combined.

    • Karoll Brokerage successfully realized 5 IPOs on the newly created Bulgarian Stock Exchange market for the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises BEAM - Biodit AD (1 million BGN), ImPuls AD (5.86 million BGN), Smart Organic AD (5.86 million BGN), Dronamics Capital EAD (BGN 5.38 million) and HR Capital AD (BGN 1.48 million).

  • Karoll Capital Management initiated a direction on alternative investments.

  • The founder of the Karoll Knowledge Foundation and founder of the financial group Karoll, Stanimir Karolev, was honored with the award of the Bulgarian Donation Forum for a person with a significant contribution to the development of philanthropy in Bulgaria.
