  • Karoll Brokerage was honored with the special award "Investment intermediary with the most significant contribution to the development of the capital market in 2023." The award has been given to the company for a 22-st consecutive year.

    • Karoll Brokerage was awarded by the BSE with another award, "Investment Intermediary with the highest turnover and the largest number of transactions realized on the growth market for small and medium-sized enterprises - BEAM

    • The company was able to execute 49,653 transactions on the BSE, which is nearly 37% of all transactions concluded on the BSE;

    • It realized over BGN 110 million in turnover, maintaining its leading position in this indicator

    • Successfully carried out the first placement of bonds on the BEAM market for a EUR 2.5 million issue of corporate bonds of Financial House Logos-TM AD

    • Karoll Brokerages helped in the successful realization of the largest auction offers in the history of the BSE - that of Sopharma AD, in which shares worth BGN 44.5 million were bought.

  • Karoll Capital Management launched the online portal, where clients can now daily monitor the status and activity of their investment portfolio, as well as sign contracts remotely

    • Mutual Fund Advance Invest took first place in the category "Equity Fund - Emerging Markets" in the ranking of the Investor Finance Forum

    • The assets under management and administration grew by 78% to nearly BGN 500 million.

    • Advance funds managed by Karoll Capital are in the top 5 in the ranking of media Capital (Advance Emerging Europe Opportunities  scored a yield of 27.26% for 2023)

  • Karoll Investment, the Bulgarian member firm of Oaklins International, focused its deal origination to the two very promising sectors in Bulgaria- IT and Healthcare – successfully closing five M&A deals there.

  • Karoll Knowledge Foundation awarded students at the Technical University with BGN 30,000 for winning the "Entrepreneur in Science" competition.

    • The foundation also awarded Ivo Mihov from the Center for Quantum Technologies of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, who won the annual doctoral scholarship of the Karoll Knowledge Foundation in the amount of BGN 10,000.

    • The iconic Karoll Semester program has returned in 2023 to provide a unique summer training program for young financial analysts in Bulgaria. They had the opportunity to be trained by experts with experience in world leaders such as Goldman Sachs, Barclays Capital and Boston Consulting Group.
