Radoslav Manolov

Radoslav Manolov is the CEO of Advance TerraFund REIT. Since 2005 he was in charge of the Advance TerraFund REIT Project, and after its launch he became the fund's Chief Executive Officer. As such Radoslav is responsible for executing the fund's strategy and portfolio management as well as for all day-to-day operations. He joined Karoll in 2001 as a Project Consultant and worked mainly in the field of financial management servicing key clients.
Prior to joining Karoll's team Radoslav gained over 6 years of experience as a stock broker on the Bulgarian market. 
Mr. Manolov is a graduate from the University of National and World Economics – Sofia, with a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Management. He has had a number of media interviews and articles on subjects related to the development of the Bulgarian land market and the emerging REITs industry.
