Due to its expanding activities Karoll Brokerage, a leading Bulgarian investment intermediary, is seeking to recruit for its Sofia office:
Junior stock broker – Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE).

Successful Candidates Will Possess:

• A FSC brokerage certificate
• University degree in business, finance and/or math related majors from a reputable institution
• 1 years of professional experience in capital markets
• Analytical, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong negotiating skills
• A good team player, capable of working in a fast paced pressured environment
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and investors
• Natural sales ability and strong numeracy skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bulgarian and English
• Excellent computer skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying and selling of stock, shares, and bonds on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange
• Proactively look for clients, sell them services and manage long-term relationships
• Follow, analyze and implement the latest trends in domestic and global financial markets
• Introduce and market new brokerage services
• Give presentations to clients at conferences and networking events
• Identify new clients; establish accounts for them and follow up to identify their investment needs
• Identify and fill brokerage services gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share
