Investment Analyst – Emerging Europe

We are a part of Karoll Financial Group – a major non-banking financial services provider, offering solutions in the field of investment management, brokerage, investment banking, land banking, private equity, consulting and insurance.

Due to the expansion of our business, Karoll Capital Management is currently seeking to recruit an Investment Analyst

Successful candidates will possess:

• Relevant university degree from a reputable academic institution
• 2+ years of experience as an Analyst at an asset management firm or another financial institution
• Experience / knowledge of Emerging Europe stock markets, with focus on Poland (Warsaw Stock Exchange)
• Very strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving skills
• Advanced MS Excel skills, knowledge of Bloomberg terminal is a plus
• CFA certificate is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail, time management and communication skills
• Fluent Bulgarian and English language, command of Polish and other East European languages is an advantage

Responsibilities include:

• Investment analysis and valuations, stock selection and recommendations, help with trade execution via regional brokerage firms
• Assisting PMs in managing investment portfolios and funds with focus on equities listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and other CEE markets
• Participating in investment committees responsible for asset allocation process
• Preparing research materials, reports and presentations for management and clients
• Participating in business development initiatives
