Business Development Manager

Advance Equity Holding is a private equity/venture capital fund listed on the floor of BSE-Sofia. We are part of the leading Bulgarian non-banking financial group Karoll.

Primary responsibilities of the position:

• Actively looking for strategic partnerships with well-known companies in the five current business segments of the private equity fund;
• Actively managing portfolio of new and existing suppliers for the different businesses of the fund;
• Actively developing new business opportunities through sales strategies and focusing on customers in target markets; 
• Assuming operational responsibilities for certain business areas of the fund;
• Participating in budget preparation and defense;
• Participating in different group and/or company projects, and  delivering high level of performance and achievement;
• Team player.

Successful candidates will have:

• Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in the field of sales, business development or corporate management;
• Minimum 5 years of managing people;
• Team building and people management experience is a must;
• Strong communication skills, ability to present and negotiate;
• “Can do” attitude. Stress resilience;
• Fluent command of English, both verbal and written;
• Project management experience is considered a strong advantage.
