Head of Corporate Clients - Karoll Brokerage



Karoll Financial Group is a leading Bulgarian non-banking financial group that offers services in the fields of brokerage, corporate finance, asset management, insurance and assurance, land banking, private equity, and investment banking.

Karoll Brokerage (Karoll AD), the Group’s investment intermediary arm, offers a diverse range of services that enable both private and institutional investors to trade securities on the domestic and international markets. Karoll service portfolio also encompasses corporate financial analyses, capital structure advisory, IPOs, SPOs, tender offers, undertaking and placement of securities, debt restructuring, FX and commodity hedge, private and venture equity financing.


  • Development of various types of financial models to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, SPOs and capital raising transactions.
  • Perform various valuation methods: comparable companies, precedents, and DCF.
  • Develop recommendations for product offerings, public placements, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations.
  • Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business.
  • Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients, including investment memoranda, management presentations and pitchbooks.
  • Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.
  • Create presentations for client portfolios.
  • Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news.
  • Taking a leading role in communication with local and international investors, companies’ management, and other current and potential clients.


  • 5 years of professional experience in corporate finance, at least 2 years of which in capital markets.
  • Master’s degree in business and/or finance related majors (candidates with MBA/CFA designations will be preferred)
  • Established pool of international and local contacts
  • Leadership and teamwork skills
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and investors
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bulgarian and English (other European languages will be advantageous)
