Karoll Brokerage - market maker of Bravo Property Fund REIT
As of May 10, 2019, Karoll Brokerage is registered as a market maker of the issue of shares of Bravo Property Fund REIT. By actively quoting "buy" and "sell" offers, with a minimum spread, the investment intermediary will seek to popularize the shares of Bravo Property Fund REIT as one of the actively traded ones on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
Because of the registration of Karoll Brokerage as a market maker on the issue, the shares of BRAVO Property Fund REIT were admitted for trading on a higher segment for trading on BSE - Segment Standard.
A month earlier Bravo Property Fund REIT realized a successful capital increase with the issue of new shares in the amount of over BGN 36 000 000, which is the biggest increase of capital on BSE for 2019. The funds raised through the new issue, as well as the funds from a non-public issue of bonds amounting to BGN 30 000 000, were invested in the acquisition of an office building "OFFICE A" with an unfolded area of 14 479 square meters of first class office space and underground parking with 240 parking spaces. The newly built building is 100% leased and generates an annual income of at least BGN 4.6 million under 10-year rental contracts.
