The rights of Advance Terrafund were sold in a price range of BGN 0.15 – 0.20 per right.

The unused 169 073 rights for participation in the capital increase of Advance Terrafund REIT were sold in a price range of BGN 0.15 – 0.20 per right. 216 buy orders were submitted, but only 3 of them were executed – for 150 000, for 16 073 and for 3 000 rights respectively.
Each right provided the opportunity to subscribe for one new share at issue price of BGN 1.20. The last day for the payment of new shares is Friday, April 21.
Currently, Advance Terrafund REIT owns 5 000 ha agricultural land, but the plans are to acquire additional 10 000 ha by March 2007. Another 3 000 ha of urban land is planned to be bought for the same period.
Today, nearly 39 000 shares of the company were traded at prices between BGN 1.36 and 1.39, which is 1.47% higher than the previous trading day.
