First Internship Program
Six Bulgarian students from foreign universities participated in it after successfully going through the selection process. Four of the interns were offered positions after the program finish.
The Internship lasted three months and the students gained practical experience at the following desks - front and back office, analysis and sales.
In the next calendar year the Internship Program will be further developed in terms of areas, structure and content. A key driver for the program structuring is achieving a relative balance between long-standing international practices in the finance sector and the specific characteristics of the Bulgarian academics and business environment.
