Advance Terrafund bought urban land in Stara Zagora
Advance Terrafund REIT has signed a purchase contract and respectively acquired the title on a regulated land property in Stara Zagora, with 10,650 sq. m. area, along with the buildings established on the estate, at the total value BGN 1,655,000 paid in full.
