Last shares from the IPO sold
The last tranche of shares from the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Advance Equity Holding was sold on today’s final bourse session. Out of the offered 80 540 shares deals were done with 64 824 shares in the price range of BGN 1.04-1.05. The residual 15,716 shares left unsold. A total of 172 544 orders were submitted on the last day of the IPO at prices ranging from BGN 1.00 to BGN 1.05. The average price, as well as the cut-off price of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, was BGN 1.04 per share. The par value of each share is BGN 1.00.
Overall for the seven bourse sessions of the IPO procedure were sold 9 984 284 shares in 387 deals. The average price of all sessions is BGN 1.02 per share. Gross proceedings from the IPO amount to BGN 10 190 428.
